Individual, Couple and Family Therapy

Compassionate, insight-oriented counseling 

 My intention is to provide a supportive space where clients feel safe, heard, and understood. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I am trained to work with diverse family backgrounds and multiple age groups. My specialties include life transitions, existential crisis, spirituality, family conflict/relationship concerns, self-esteem, coping, emotional distress, marital therapy, as well as depression and grief. 

 In this supportive space, my role is to gently guide as a way to uncover what may be unconscious, repressed, misunderstood, or possibly difficult to talk about. Sometimes this involves interventions where a client can engage multiple areas of their mind in order to bring about a sense of release and restoration. 

 My theoretical framework includes psychoanalytic and psychodynamic counseling, including interventions such as hypnotherapy, sand tray therapy, art therapy, and transpersonal perspectives as a means to create open engagement.
